"been coming here for years, sometimes every day. within the last few months the coffee and food has gotten horrible. not sure what happened but will be trying a different location now"
"I order for mobile pick up. The service is quick and the order is always correct. Their food and hot drinks can be described as lukewarm at best. At first I thought it was my error. Perhaps the order was sitting too long before I was able to get to it. However, the last two times I've placed my order in the parking lot and gone into the store almost immediately. I've watched them package my items up and held the bag folded shut despite the ambient temperature outside to be warm. To no avail, when I get to my car in the parking lot the items are barely warm. Are they pre-cooking and reheating the food items? Are they using low power? I've gone multiple times because it's convenient, but I can't figure it out. Wish they would improve."
"i ordered an everything bagel but got a plain bagel, extremely rude staff, waited 30+ mins for a small order even though there were almost no other customers and there was a large amount of staff. almost my whole order was wrong and staff needs better training"
