"Terrible customer service experience. Owner didn’t know what he was ordering and wouldn’t take the part back. Lost a lot of $$. Unfortunately won’t be supporting this small business again. Update: we ordered the correct part from Amazon at half the price on the first try and my hubby installed .. all within 3 days. Should have done this from the beginning. Needless to say, it’s frustrating to waste money on a part that the business owner should have been able to figure out. Lessons learned…."

"The gentleman I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful. He stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes walking me through diagnosing my own machine since he couldn’t take anymore service calls. When all was said and done, he saved me a few hundred dollars on a new part that wouldn’t have fixed the issue (was going to buy a new PCB board for the machine and that didn’t end up being the issue). Really great service and very knowledgeable."

"I stopped at this business to get parts to repair my dryer. The owner, John, knew exactly what parts I would need when I told him the problem. I told him I had seen repair videos online and they had bought several more parts than he was suggesting. He said he didn't want to see me spend money on parts I wouldn't need. Turns out he was 100% right! John was very helpful in telling me exactly what I would need to do, even said I could call if I had trouble fixing it. That kind of honesty and integrity is very rare these days. Add that to the great prices and incredible knowledge John has about appliances and you won't want to go anywhere else for your parts or repair needs. I definitely thank John for all his help!"
