My husband and son took the part to my daughter's house and had her furnace fixed quickly. Great customer service and willingness to provide the part needed. I would absolutely recommend."

The first time I had him out was the day I moved into my home and the heat that had worked before wouldn't come on. It was a Saturday. He was the only one who would call back and it took him only 15 minutes to figure out that the contractors hadn't flipped a power switch (that I didn't even know existed) back on when they were done ."
"Central air not working properly so I called them to come out and check it. They said they would be over soon. Never showed up after hours of waiting. No call back…. Nothing. I could of had someone else here to fix it but I wasted a hot day with two Pitt kids. Wouldn’t recommend them! Not reliable at allllllll."
"I called a few other places that didnt even answer, just got voicemail. But Then I got hold of the owner Tom, and his employees were out and busy, but as soon as he heard I had no heat at all, he came out himself in about 45 min and had the problem figured out within minutes. Went out and got the parts and came back and had it all put back together and running within 20 min. Whole process only took like 3 hrs, and he was very socialable, kind, and caring the whole time. All for the same price someone else would charged me for the parts alone. Could not have asked for better service. Highly recommended"
"Called on a saturday morning and someone came within 30 minutes. very nice man , explained everything he was doing and cost wasn't bad. since the furnace needed some tidying up and it was a weekend 100 bucks didn't seem so bad."
