"The worst store ever brought to the hermitage location. Purchased a new couch made it very clear I didn’t and wouldn’t buy used, they displayed a new sectional. When they delivered it, it had a large rip in the back of the sofa the driver stated “ we took pictures of the tears in the back of the sofa assuming you wasn’t aware of it as they have you marked down as purchasing it new” stated by Sam the driver they refused to replace the sofa but charging full priced for a new sofa. They are a rip off I talked to upper management they pretty much lied and said the couch was purchased used and avoid replacing and or exchanging. Highly recommend not doing any business with these people and or any business with Jack! Though it’s a in store credit base I stopped making payments. Even throwing couch out, And found way better product, prices and better customer service at Rent a center. Save your money and shop with rent a center.."

"They dont like to work with you. My family was affected by the pandemic and they couldnt care less. A lot of the employees are rude and talk to you like you're lower than them. After we pay off our rent to own contract with them we will be doing business elsewhere."

"This used to be our go to store. We bought a 2k refrigerator from them and an Xbox One. Husband got a TV a while back. We had some life issues happen, I had to stop working. We had other bills of course, so the first thing to go back was the tv. Now that our financial situation is stable again, we decided to get a washer/dryer set, because ours is a busted piece of junk. They refuse to give us anything but the same exact, broken washer we already own. Why? We backed out of the TV. Forget that they've already made thousands off of us. Apparently you don't lease it...you buy it or else! I miss the old GM. EDIT: Just spoke with another store at Customer Services suggestion. This Aaron's store listed the TV that we returned as a CHARGE OFF. Excuse me what? You have the TV! I'm filing a complaint with corporate."

"Friendly staff and helpful management. People complain about the prices but it isn't that much different than financing with a credit card. The only difference is there is a plan and an end of payments set as opposed to paying forever on suffering if you finance with a credit card."

"The prices are absolutely ridiculous!! Before buying anything look at the price on Amazon for that very same item. I understand you have to make a profit to pay for the overhead of the building and labor but 300%?! This company makes a fortune off the backs of people already with economic issue's with their corrupt business plan that puts the figuratively speaking "last nail" in their coffins. This company should be illegal."
