"Received my new gas stove today and what a beauty it is! Called them on the phone and Jennifer texted me a couple of pictures and we were able to complete the transaction right there and then. Delivered and professionally installed, as promised, two days later. I'm estimating my savings over a big box store on this purchase to be in excess of 1000.00. Couldn't be happier if I tried with all my might. Do recommend and will buy again."

"Purchased a new propane oven and stovetop from a different company. I had issues exchanging two fittings in a burner. The stove company sent me a new burner and recommended this company to replace it for me. Called and they set up an appointment to come out to fix it for me. Told me Wednesday between 11 and 4pm. Called at 4:05 said they couldn’t make it. Set another appointment up for Friday between 11 and 4pm. Didn’t call, didn’t show up. Called ft steuben back said the tech had an appointment and would call me. Never heard from anyone. I emailed the oven company and told them they should take ft steuben off the list because they are unreliable. So R Davis and Sons got the job. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone."

"Bought a washer from here 2 week ago. Got it home, it filled up with water and stopped working. Have been trying to get it repaired but nobody shows up when they say they will. Called today really mad at this point but was not yelling at the lady and she said if I don’t stop yelling she’s going to hang up on me. I was not yelling and she hung up anyways. Sign on wall says 20% restocking fee and all sales final. So which one is it?? Cuz the refuse to give any money back! So $288 for a broke washer. Lucky me!!"
