"Placed online order . Took initial payment of $10. Talked to store and was told product coming from another store and could pick the next day . Store called and stated previous issue with an order from 2022. Was not aware of any issue . Stated would look into and call back . Never did and never received a call when the initial order was placed . Very poor customer service and at this point would just a refund . Thank You"

"If I could give zero stars I would , I made a payment tonight on my bed but explained I had an issue come up and didn’t have it for the tv/heater bundle for a few days, and because they tried to call me and I could not answer because I was driving they won’t work with me even when it’s freezing ! And I’ve been a customer for about 2 years now that always pays! I think as a long time customer they should be more Helpful"
"Amazing employees tried to take care of us and do anything they could to keep us happy. But the manager steve makes all transactions horrible worst customer service ever. Had to send a washer back 6 times so far and still not fixed. last time we spoke to him he tried to tell us nothing was wrong with it, when the people that brought it back showed us the parts they "fixed". needless to say he is not willing to work with us rather then telling us he will take some money off a new one. Completely ridiculous DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH!!! STEVE MAKES THIS COMPANY A JOKE!!"
