"Usually go to this one since it's close to my job. But they can never get it right. I always go thru the drive thru and something is wrong. I think there was 1 or 2 times everything came out right. Idk how you can constantly get it wrong when there's usually 1-2 cars in the drive thru when I go."
"Ordered 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup through the drive through, got home and received one bag of chips as the side. When my husband called he was told they ran out of bread and the cashier should’ve told him this at the window. Must’ve been the last bag of chips also or whoever bagged the food can’t count to 2."

"I have eaten at several Panera’s nationwide. For the most part we enjoy their food. Today I was disappointed with my salad because the quality was awful! The lettuce was wilted and brown. I even found a core in my salad. This is unacceptable! I will not return to this location and in general I will think twice before I order a salad. I basically found a couple pieces of blue cheese and dried apple. The toppings were okay. I always double the chicken because they never put enough on the salad. This was really and truly unacceptable. People will not return for rotten wilted food."
