"I've been coming to this Starbucks for about a year now and up until last month they have been AMAZING. I'm not sure what changed, but my order has been messed up often lately. Watered down drinks, hot drinks when I ordered iced (even the label says iced), selecting a "splash" of cream through the app and now getting a drink of mostly milk. It's really disappointing because Starbucks used to always be so accurate and consistent but something has changed over the last month or so."

My drink was sloppy and the lid was all wet...I mean covid is still a thing....honestly I don't like baristas touching all over the lid. Like where you drink from. My sandwich was just thrown in the bag and cold. I get it's Starbucks but a few standards wouldn't hurt ."
