"AVIOD THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. RIPOFF. LABOR WAS AROUND $1200 PER HOUR. My pup chewed the end off of the plug, so I bought a new PLUG at lowes, but wasn't certain of how, exactly to attach the wires. I dropped off the vacuum with the new plug. The guy placed the wires in the right location and then charged over $75!!!!! That's a hell of a mark up for a five minute job. I could have bought a brand new vacuum. Unlike others on here, he did not offer to tell me that it would be absurdly expensive... NOR DID HE TELL ME THAT LABOR COSTS WERE AROUND $1200 PER HOUR."
"Called and had questions about repairing my vaccum. He told me the repair was not worth the cost in this particular case. Refreshing honesty to have a repair shop not just take things in to fix and charge an arm and a leg. The owner was honest and kind and did not rush me in any way. Thank you so much!"
