"My husband needed a prescription filled. One of them being penicillin to help fight an infection. We were told we'd have it filled within an hour, but 3 hours later and never heard anything. Now he's super sick and when I called I was told that "they're working on it". I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day, and by then my husband had a worse infection set in."

"I gave the pharmacist my prescription of a pain medication on June 12th 2019.It was too be filled that day per my Dr.’s instruction.They said that they didn’t have any In stock.That,I would have to wait from Wednesday till the following Monday before they could get my medication.On Monday I returned to get the med. And they still didn’t have It in yet.So,OnTuesday I return At 10:55am and the medication still wasn’t ready.AtThis point I’m quite upset .And try explaining that I’ve had a major surgery 5 1/2hrs long on my foot/ankle/and lower leg.And that I’ve been without any pain medication for over a week.They brushed off what I was saying and told me that there was something they had to call my Dr.about concerning the prescription.Basically putting the fact that my medication still wasn’t filled off on them.They then handed me my prescription.Its a real shame “WE With Legitimate Disease/pain have to SUFFER and BEG For Medication in today’s Society “......"
