"I came here for the first time about a couple of months ago with my girlfriend and her little sister, and my experience was pretty rough. . . I got a melon tea with peach boba. . . My tea and boba tasted decently, my girlfriend’s was just ok, and according to my girlfriend’s little sister her’s was very. . . Meh. . . However, the man behind the counter, while making our teas, was chewing on his fingers while making them. . . I also ended up getting a minor case of food poisoning, or some kind of sickness from it. . . I didn’t eat anything prior either. Needless to say, whenever we go out and decide to get boba, I do not recommend this place."

"Have been there for couple of times, tried the drinks and the rolled icecream which was amazingly perfect! The working staff before weren't professionally clear about the responsibilities due to the traffic in the mall and the pressure they are having. Just passed by this week its totally different staff as they received couple of reviews on the previous employees. They are doing extremely good as of now, have ordered couple of drinks this weekend and they handled the order as fast as they can. Just wanted to tell them thank you for working on your issues so quick!"

"Wheelchair accesible clean , rolled ice cream ,milkshakes a various bubble tea combinations , has dairy and dairy free milks ( soy , coconut,almond etc ) for all dietary needs and choices , we had the strawberry bubble teas . It was delicious fresh, well prepared , convenient."

"Drinks taste fine, but I had to wait 25 minutes for 2 bubble teas and one of them was made wrong (switched the bubble flavor and tea flavor). The other people we were with got their orders right away without issue, but then multiple groups of people got their drinks before my partner and me. They seemed to have lost our order in the back and I had to tell employees what I had ordered 3 more times before they finally made it. One employee told me they were training new staff, but it seemed like there were more trainees than trainers present. The employees were kind but seemed totally confused. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have 30 minutes to spare and don't mind giving your order multiple times before getting the items that you paid for. :("

"i ordered the tara w/ tapioca (the one shown in the picture) and my sister in law got the brown sugar boba, and we were disappointed with the taste. very watered down flavor, very. the tapioca has a hard to chew texture. the short guy taking the orders, rude rude rude rude!!!"
