"Employee was rude. Not all of them just one. He believes it’s his store and can tell customers not to come back. I was door dashing and my order was not there and he decided to just be rude about it. This happened on January 29th at about 12 pm. I have tried to contact Scott Enterprise who own this location but have been unsuccessful. This BOY acts like he owns the place. He should be let go."
"Friendly hardworking staff. These kids are always busy. This store is really well run. It operates like a machine. I am a bit disappointed that they stopped serving oatmeal. I mean what's a breakfast without oatmeal??? Doesn't make any sense."
"On 12/05/2024 around 9:15 like always I stopped at this location. When I made it to the window I ask member for a sleeve in my cup. Now this is my morning coffee and she just messed my whole day up by closing window on my face after I asked her for sleeves in my cup. She answered me you have to order when you place order. Since when do I have to request a sleeve on my coffee because I don’t want to drop my coffee because is too hot. The ordacity of the member and to top it all it was the old black lady with glasses that been working there for years and she is a manager. She just closed the window on my face, so tude. "Horrible customer service and my order was wrong. I ordered bacon and sausage on my sandwich and only got sausage. They handed me my food all separate (not in a bag) with no napkins. And then I said "thank you very much" to the worker in the window, and she looked at me in the face and silently closed the window. The saving grace is that the food was decent and the doughnuts and coffee were good. If you can, I'd recommend going to the Tim's out on Buffalo road because they are actually nice and pay attention to the orders."
"We must have gone at the perfect time as there was hardly any inside customers. The drive thru was a constant flow of vehicles. All the staff were nice to me and my 5 year old son. The bathroom was clean which is a good indicator of the rest of the facility. Nice relaxed atmosphere."
