"Dr Rubin is a ray of light on an otherwise very dark path. He is thorough, informative, funny, reassuring and available. The latter being extremely important to newly diagnosed cancer patients. He hit the ground running with my wife and I when she was diagnosed two weeks ago with Stage 1 breast cancer. He answered all of our questions regarding surgical options, treatment and future prognosis. We were consulted, scheduled for surgery and coordinated appointments with medical oncology and a geneticist within a day of being seen. Not to mention getting FMLA paperwork completed and submitted on my behalf so I can be actively involved in my wife's treatment and care. He along with this day, 11/22/2017, will forever live in my heart as the day he helped save my wife's life. And we are forever grateful."
"Dr. Rubin is a 5++. He actually reads all the information that you put down when you fill out new patient forms and speaks to you so that you can understand him. He is the best surgeon there is he really does have a great sense of humor and very compassionate. He has a way of putting things that let you know that he cares for you as if you were a member of his family and if he doesn't know something he will say so and go about finding the answer if it is available. He has the respect of is colleagues and nurses. He is very thorough and inputs his own patient notes."
