"I assumed because of the reviews on many sites and the 4.7 rating as well as his awards etc this man would have been a perfect fit. I searched many Drs and thought it was to good to be true but I was desperate to save my Dad once he found out he had lung cancer. This Dr. was a joke from day 1! He not only didn't listen to what my Dad wanted in his own care plan but he didn't listen to any concerns that my Dad had or us a whole family. He scoffed at everything. He literally LAUGHED in our faces! He didn't explain anything except you have to do this and thats the end of it. When my Dad ended up in the hospital several times because the chemo made his super sick Dr. Mao not once came to see him! We eventually switched to a different Oncologist who was a gem! She was an absolute delight and tried everything in her power including medical marijuana to help Dads appetite come back. Unfortunately this disease had already taken over and Dad lost his battle on October 15, 2019 at home surrounded by his family. An egotistical self absorbed asshat shouldn't even have a medical degree in my opinion. Def needs a better bedside manner as well!!"
