"Dr. Wayne Carlsson is the best chiropractor I have found since moving back to Jamestown from Seattle. I have been a patient for over 15 years and can't say enough good things. You start out with a mini massage so you will be relaxed and he can adjust you easier. After, you get to relax on the rolling table so you really feel good when you leave. The 1 star reviews obviously give bad reviews to just about everything except bars and restaurants. Don't judge if you have never been a patient."

"The last three times I've went he has done nothing to fix my problem. And when addressed the only want to charge you again and do the same thing. And even asking why do I feel the same as I did coming in, was told it will stop hurting in time. Would have without coming in too I assume."
"Healing Hands is not a "crack and go" office. New patients are booked for 1 hour appointments which doesn't allow for people to be squeezed in. Appointments for an established patient is a half-hour long. Not sure how a person can give a one star rating when they haven't even had the service. "No new patients until Fall" was meant for the locals as well."
