"DON'T GO HERE. With the new system change and ownership transfer, they will cancel your appointment without telling you. 4 of their therapists left along with their main doctor - a huge red flag. They don't care about their patients. If you don't receive their "courtesy call" the day before, they told me to assume that the appointment was canceled. Extremely unprofessional and yanks support from right underneath their patients with 0 notice. Also not very trans friendly, I had to fight so much just for them to call me by my chosen name in social situations."
