"Extremely rude and non informative front desk. I actually thought the doctor was very nice and made the visit comfortable last time I was there so i was scheduling to come back but I will now never return due to the staff. AS A WARNING TO FUTURE PATIENTS: No one has answers pertaining to insurance, or balances due, and won’t even give so much as a phone call to let you know the status of a claim because they don’t know anything about the job. I was told that “Laura from billing” could help but unfortunately that she’s never consistently in the office so good luck. Extremely unprofessional and I think it reflects on the doctor negatively."

"I have been to multiple gynecologists in my life, and Dr. Pregenzer is hands down my favorite provider I have seen. He is caring, gentle, and explains everything to you thoroughly. He is very empathetic and ensures you feel comfortable through every step of the way. The support staff are also very friendly and the office runs smoothly. Wait times, if any, are short in my experience."

"Terrible, proceed at your own risk. No nurse, had someone step in with no experience in the intake and vitals part of the appointment. A nurse did not help me but a administrator for the office that had no idea how to proceed. No direction was spoken to me and did not have me get in gown until doctor instructed. Did no collect urine sample until patient asked why not then excuse was told and sample was given. Did not successfully take blood pressure. Had to repeat over 10 times and still looked as if she had no idea, she was not trained just a human available body stepping in.. That number is compromised that was recorded. Doctor was sopose to repeat never did. Pap Test and Breast examine was taken only, nothing else done that evolves a yearly exam. No check of the ovaries, pelvis, uterus, cervix, did not look at ovaries for masses or abnormalities..nothing. Ordered Test results were not reviewed prior to discuss for visit. Review a minute durning appointment with my request. Everything felt unorganized. The findings at last years appointment where not prepared to check for this years exam so no information provided but wanted to prescribe medication before a full exam. I said no to the medication without seeing where I stand medically first."
