"De Ross is a very professional dentist. She is knowledgeable, friendly, polite, respectful and doesn’t ignore issues of any kind, this made my family and I feel respected at all times. She takes her practice very serious and is the type of person that If you have an issue she will try to help....start judging by how she responds to reviews. I had a hiccup with the previous receptionist (the one that retired). Dr Ross answered through a commentary below and then took the time to call and have a sincere conversation about it.
