"I went to the Hudec dental practice in canfield for the first time this week. Very thorough process, but not a painful process. Everyone there seemed really knowledgeable and it made the visit easy. I am happy I found this place."

"No. You sent me a text saying there is an issue regarding my account and it is "imperative, that you speak with me." So, I, with alarm now, try to settle my account that has myself, and my children totaled together, and I am alarmed AGAIN, as you say, "oh, oh yes, there is an issue with your account, but we cannot discuss it with you. It is about Jenna's account." I have 2 kids. One is 20, and Jenna turned 18 not even 30 days ago, and I was in your office for my appointment, Oct. 23 with Jenna, discussing all of our accounts, but nothing was put in place or mentioned about her turning 18 soon. There should be a window where you get clients straight with their becoming an adult cause, it doesn't happen in 3 weeks time and they sure have no clue about their account because they have no job yet, she was a minor 3 weeks ago. So, I'd love to hear about my account, so I could be productive and settle the imperative issue that you speak of. Right now, I'm still waiting for MY call back from Oct. 23 to schedule for the cracked tooth you found and get fit for my mouth guard. I've not heard anything about anything. I'm not feeling like my account or our teeth are in great hands right now. I'm not "condescending," as I was told. I am an angry client, due to poorly expressed texts about my account...NOT A PHONE CALL, a TEXT...that says "it is imperative I call YOU to discuss MY account." And...here we are. Thank you. I hope someone with people skills can CALL me back, because I responded to your "imperative scare tactic." And we got nowhere. I just recommend you to a friend. Definitely going to CALL them and begin the word of mouth to NOT get involved in the Hudec Dental madness."

"I had my first appointment today. I really am happy that I made the choice to see Dr.William Buckley. He was very kind and explained so many things to me, as I have all sorts of issues with my teeth. I felt very comfortable talking with him. I also want to mention how efficient the the staff is. Lexi was exceptional and her mother which is on staff. I have a long haul to get my teeth to where they need to be, but I am looking forward to finally getting some much needed relief from the pain and problems that I have. It's not always easy to find a good dentist but I already feel that I have made the right decision. I would highly recommend Dr.William Buckley"

"Each staff member was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bailey was the first dentist I went to that knew what trigeminal neuralgia was and formed a dental plan with me to reduce and or eliminate any complications having any dental work could cause with this issue. I feel like I finally have found a dentist who will help me achieve my dental goals without complications of the neuralgia!"
