"I’m so happy I found Portabella for my teen’s suit needs. It’s a one stop shop! I purchased my son’s entire outfit: shirt, suit, pants, belt, tie, socks, and shoes. My son chose to go with an all-black outfit - with a velvety suit (see picture). He was definitely one of the best dressed men at the event. Also, please note that we needed some alterations, and we got them done at Portabella for a great price. Lea is the professional who helped us select our items and she was extremely helpful and patient with us. She made our shopping experience so amazing. My son felt like a celebrity leaving that store!"

"I’m very impressed with this store. We were looking for a suit in the mall and just decided to go in and look around expecting they wouldn’t have what I wanted. Boy was I wrong! Moe the manager showed us around helped me find the perfect suit and shoes. We were so impressed with the service we bought three suits. I highly recommend this place. "Not one to write bad reviews willy nilly. But I bought a 3 piece suit from them. Paid $150 bucks for the alterations. Bough the suit on a Tuesday for a Sunday wedding. They told me the suit would be done by Saturday. Come Saturday they lost my suit! Had me run around the each corner of the mall looking for the suit between both their shops (Portabellas and Quails). Both of which were understaffed and had 1 rude employee and 1 manager each. As the manager finally found the time to come talk to me, he told me they couldn’t find it and to come back in a few hours so they could look.Promised me a free suit for my troubles as I had a 35 min drive to make each way just to pick up my suit. They finally found it an hour later and called me back to pick it up. Got there another hour later to pick up the suit and pick out the free suit the manager promised me while trying to appease me earlier, just for him to try to sell me the suit for a minimum discount instead… literally walked out of there and will definitely not be returning.
