"Dr Swanson has to be one of the meanest physicians I have ever been to. She was my first obgyn and she had me in tears every year terrified to get a check up. Nasty doesn't even begin to describe her manner. I'm not sure why she even practices medicine when it's very clear she doesn't care for her patient's well being at all. Find anyone else in the pgh area to treat you."

"I can’t sleep in the night, thinking how such an incompetent obgyn “Swanson Lee” is still employed at UPMC and playing with patients' lives. Her poor rating in health grade and other websites are testimony of her lack of competence . I almost lost my wife because of the mistakes, Swanson Lee made during my son's delivery. She didn’t stitch properly post child birth, resulting in internal bleeding and complicated procedures. Folks, help me if you have had the bad experience with Swanson Lee. My wife has recovered and is healthy now. But it really sometime keeps me awake in the night thinking this obgyn still playing with life of patients at UPMC. We need to collectively complain to initiate an investigation against her."

"Swanson refused my csection, knowing my son pooped in womb and I could not deliver him naturally, causing him to develop neonatal pneumonia and almost die. Do not use her as your doctor especially if it’s to give birth to your child. She is known to have horrible bedside manor and continues to make life risk choices on patients. Ask for a different doctor in the practice if you choose where she works."
