"Rented a suite for my Son's wedding. The staff are low energy and not very pleasant in my opinion. Both times we went there (first time to place the order and second to pick up/try on suite) there were two different employees. Both sets were the same. Man and woman working each time and both were very dry and low energy which made for a dull trip that could have been so much more fun. Liven up please, or hire happy people to work in your stores. Just my opinion."

"Would not recommend this company or at least the Niles, Ohio location. My Husband and his groomsman paid a good chunk of money to rent tuxedos for our wedding and there was mistake after mistake. First, my husbands pants were too short and needed fixed even after they measured and fitted him. Secondly, one groomsman got a tie when everyone else got bow ties. Third, one groomsman got TWO DIFFERENT SIZE SHOES? One size 10.5 and one size 11 and had to wear them like that all day. Just such a shame that this place doesn’t have employees that know what they’re doing or care enough to do their job correctly in the slightest."

"The staff was so amazing my husband and I eloped December 24th 2021 last minute and we were afraid we weren’t gonna be able to find a suit in time but thanks to Men’s Warehouse we found my husband an amazing suit. The staff was so helpful from getting him fitted to making sure the suit fit perfectly when picked up"
