If you are only going to carry big sizes in your store you shouldn’t be advertising yourself as a big and tall store!"

"Casual Male has made significant strides in a positive direction over the years. This store I would normally rate a 5 because it had everything you needed neatly organized areas. However because of the spatial limitations of the store itself larger individuals may have a difficult time of being able to see and effectively move around the merchandise. The staff is very knowledgeable, not only about today's trends but also about product lines that have not been in the store for over a decade. While you may have some issues moving around this place, the manager will make you feel at ease and is willing to do whatever it takes to make you a happy customer."
