"I was a previous worker at Marciano in the **cherry hill mall** If I could rate a store an absolute zero I would. What’s sad is I actually loved working here but that had come to an end once they felt the need to not handle situations properly. I’m leaving a bad review for my mother who at one point loved shopping here and spent tons of money to help the store out when we needed to make ends meet. For instance, when we needed to make almost a hundred bucks I’d call my mother up and she’d help the store and in return we’d make our numbers for the evening. I was extremely thankful and she did it because she liked to think she was doing good and she was! Even the boss Michelle and everyone said to call her because they knew my mom would help out as much as she could. But on this specific occasion the store manger basically told my mother ‘with the worst attitude ever’ to go to GUESS and check out her options there or go elsewhere and there was no reason for her to be in the store. Keep in mind my mother has tons of points for the store she continually helped out, and is an elite member meaning she shops there all the time and spends her hard earned money on clothing that is way to over priced. I don’t care if I left for personal reasons that does not give you the right to be ignorant to my mother who’s done absolutely nothing wrong to you. If you have a problem with me it’s between us and not anyone else. For everyone who loves Marciano I would seriously spend your money on clothing that actually won’t rip and tear and it’s made quite cheaply ( YES on many occasions the material is so cheap is has ripped and YES I’ve had to put them in the back so no one can buy them for YOUR STORE.) Also you can find other options in the mall for a way better price and nearly the same thing. Here’s some pics of me in my thrifted/ vintage outfits that are NOT from Marcianos. Hopefully this store gets shut down and something else replaces it. PS: store manger Michelle and district manager Erin are besties so if you ever have an issue don’t go to either one take it to a higher person which I’m doing."

"Won’t make returns without a receipt even when you show the charges on the credit card!"

"This is more for their policy. I bought something at no point did the person helping me say the dresses were final sale .she had no problem writing it on the receipt which I didn’t even look at , till after I showed the wedding consultant (It was the wrong color) for the wedding I was going to . Disappointing ."
