Reviews
"I'm finally able to go to the doctor and have everything checked out because of this center. The staff is very caring and personable, and Kayla is especially good with my 3 year old son. I've always experienced professionalism while dealing with them on the phone and in person, and they are always eager to accommodate me. Thank you so much for helping me to attend to my health needs that I have put off for so long for the very reason that I cannot afford childcare (at the moment). A real God send."
"No care giver has time to take care of you kids. All different age group of children being left with under one year one year old babies. Kids can bite your baby they can beat your baby they can step over your baby and nobody will keep you posted until you go for your child pick up."
"My 5-year-old loves coming here! And he's very picky about schools and daycares. His exact thoughts about this wonderfully helpful center is the following: "I like it there because the staff are good to me.""
"This place is a godsend, I am effectively a single parent throughout the week while my child’s father works outside of the city, we have no family support in the area, and I am a full time nursing student. When something comes up and our normal care lapses they always do their best to find as a solution. I will say right now, like almost every childcare facility, they are understaffed. I would suggest always calling at minimum 24 hours in advance (sometimes this is not possible, but if you can you should), and if you do not hear back reaching out again because these workers are doing the jobs of multiple people in order to keep the center operating. The people there are always so kind to my daughter and myself"
"This used to be a great place for single mothers like me who need help. But lately, I don’t know if it’s the supervisor’s problem, they try to push you away by being rude. They could say, “We won’t help you no more”, instead of being rude so that you won’t be comfortable to drop by your child. Nobody sends their kids their unless that person is so desperate. They don’t respond or give you a reason why they can’t care for your child. Thousands of donors give money to this organization thinking it’s the way it used to be. They are not the same at all. The last time, I called and confirmed that I can drop off my son. After I arrived there they told me to go away. I lost my job because I missed work. They could have told me they can’t help. That’s kind of behavior is very childish and disrespectful for vulnerable women."
