"I needed an outfit for an upcoming wedding and stopped by Lavish to browse. Daisy assisted me to find the perfect outfit and accessories. She was extremely helpful, patient and extremely fashion forward. Thank you so much!!"

"Shopped here last night. Told the sales woman how I ordered a dress online, how it fit all wrong and did not except returns. She acted like she understood and made comments like “I can’t believe they would not take it back”. Even went as far as giving me a fake tag to say it was the wrong size. I explained I could not afford the dress from Lavish but couldn’t find anything. She told me the cress would be gone so I explained I’ll buy it then keep looking a little up the hall so it would not be sold. I walked down the hall and my daughter found a dress for $60 on a sale rack. I came back 20 minutes later and told her I would like to return it bc we found one more affordable and she looked at me and said. Sorry we do not accept returns bc people can wear them and bring them back. I said it’s been 20 minutes. I just walked out! She smirked and said sorry then pulled the return police’s out from behind items on the counter and said there’s it is. After I explained everything to her and she said she understood and couldn’t believe they did that to me. Even went as far as giving me a the fake tag. She lied to my face to make a sale. I was in tears. I couldn’t believe she never once said to me “we don’t accept returns either”. She played me to get a sale and laughed at me. She said you can wear it and bring it back. I said I just left not even 20 minutes ago. I never left the mall. She knew that. She smirked at me and said sorry were closing. She had several chances to tell me instead of agreeing with me what a terrible company when they had the same policy. They called security on me bc I told her I would never shop there and what a terrible person she was. I got stuck with the 400 dress and security agreed with me and had me write a complaint so he can give it to corporate first thing in the morning. Her return policy was hidden and not out in the open for customers to read. This woman knew exactly what she was doing. She cared more about a sale than a customer and pretended to sympathize with my situation. I left in tears. I will never shop with people like this. She had every chance to tell me instead of faking like she sympathizes with me when she knew all along. I felt people should know what king of people they are shopping with. I am posting my receipt to prove my purchase from this store location. I hope to save someone else from shopping with people like this."

"The manager, Kendra, was pleasant and helpful. She searched all the dresses to help us find the perfect fit and style. The dressing rooms are large, have a bench seat and mirror."

"Took my daughter here for a homecoming dress in the fall of 2022. The women were so nice and helpful. We bought the dress and it needed to be taken in. The seamstress was amazing and very nice as well. They were so encouraging to my daughter and told her to bring pictures in after. We never did but I thought that was so sweet! My older daughter went the year before and she went with friends and said how helpful they were. She bought off the clearance rack and said they couldn't have been more helpful. She was worried with prices that they would make her feel weird but said they didn't. So glad both of my girls have found homecoming dresses there 2 years in a row."
