"I ordered some item in February from the OTC program, and I've gotten the pass off from one representative to another about why and when I'll receive it. Today is March 18th and there's No resolution yet. The Worst..."
"If zero stars were possible, I'd give these people minus 1000 stars. They refuse to pay a covered service after agreeing to pay the bill. I am stuck now with a $1,000 bill. They won't even open the mail and read letters from their own insured. They won't accept claim forms. Every day is a run around. Fifteen phone calls from me and ten from the provider and nothing gets done. Filing a complaint now with PA Insurance Commissioner's Office and a complaint with PA Health and Human Services and filing a lawsuit against Keystone. Hours and hours on the telephone being switched from one department to another and every one passes the buck and says someone else will call and the person on the phone doesn't have authority to do anything to assist except pass the buck to someone else who doesn't have the authority to address the problem and round and round we go. Been going on since April. And half of the time I'm on the phone with one of the reps, they blame me or they blame the provider. As soon as I can, I'll be changing my insurance carrier. There's no possible excuse for failure to pay a legitimate claim which Keystone agreed to pay before any visit to the provider occurred. Useless people of no help whatsoever."

"This is the best health insurance company I ever had, They call U 2 check up on U, They treat U so nice, Friendly & all the employee R very professional, They mke sure U R getting treated well & wth respect @ whatever Dr. tht U R seeing...im never leaving this insurance company.....The Pharmacy Dept call U 2 remind U tht U need refills & they will call UR Pharmacy 2 mke sure, tht U get ur medicines.....I never had an insurance company do this...."
