"avoid these guys at all cost. I needed them to update my autobilling for my insurance policy that i purchased through them, it was like pulling teeth to get someone to respond. I was working with Ed. He sent me a form. I filled it out and sent it back but he must have never updated it becuase my insurance was cancelled without my knowledge. I found out from PENDOT over a month later and now my vehicle registration is at risk for being suspended for 3 months. Ive tried to contact Ed and his team via phone and email. They are ghosting me."

"Horrible experience all around. Similar to the other person, if you're related to him, please ask the man to retire! He clearly means well and is just frustrated that he is still in the business, let him retire and enjoy life! First off, he told me to be there at 12pm on a Saturday, no later, I showed up right on time and he was not even in the building; he was at home and it took him 15-20 minutes to drive down. As we were adding the title and VIN, he must have mistyped the information into the computer because we had to call Harrisburg and they realized he had typed the number in wrong, which he blamed NJ (where the original title was from) for making it confusing. He clearly mistyped, twice! The offset comments I'll leave alone but clearly this man needs to retire. Suggesting a lady would be a good secretary is not appropriate nor asking 'why the hell my family would want to go to Poland for', as that is where they are from. My father-in-law left out of pure frustration. Lastly, the title came in the mail, and he had put the wrong address in the system, when I called him, he said it wasn't a big deal and blamed Harrisburg but I question the accuracy of that. Not here to bash the man, but to warn others."

"Spoke to Mr. Tag today. I have been helping a customer get these documents scanned over to his office, for the last 48hours. Not only was he not able to locate the attachment in the email. He called our mutual client a DUMMY and repeated an assortment of derogatory slurs. I had to call him today and walk him through getting to the attachment that was scanned over to him, step by step. Mr. Tag if you can read this! Your customers are the people that keeps your business going. Your life is what you make it! if in fact you are miserable, retire and rest. You have ran your course and its ok to rest. May you find peace in your heart once again. If Mr. tag family is reading this! Please help your loved one. Show some compassion to soften the heart that is broken and rock solid. We all can’t do this thing called life alone! All in all readers! I will never do business with this man ever again."

"02-03-21 Spoke with their agent, John today and he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to provide a simple certificate of insurance with us listed as a cert holder. I'm a logistics broker and it cost his insured to lose a load of freight. I hope no other truckers have to go through when his insured and I went through today over a simple request."
