"Very unprofessional when I asked her to look at my daughters medical history and the medications she cannot take her response to me was "I have a degree I don't need to look at her medical records " she then gave my daughter medication that didn't react well and told my daughter "Oh well if you don't take it then your refusing I'm gonna 302 you " this is not the way anyone with a DEGREE should speak especially in the mental health industry I expressed my concerns and was told "too bad I'm the Dr your not and then she hung up on me .I have filed grievances and no one has addressed this issue and now she is not only threatening my daughter but also mentally abusing her making comments to her "you will never get better your not capable if you try to leave I will 302 you if you complain about me no one will believe you I can inject you if I want to " no one wants to be threatened or abused especially when they are in a place where they are trying to get treatment .This is not helping my daughter and I've already explained expressed and will continue to express my concerns . I HAVE NUMEROUS TIMES ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME TO HANDLE THIS AND NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME !"
