"An okay evening with a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service but 50/50 on just okay food. We mostly enjoyed our steaks and her NY Strip was perfectly cooked to her order of medium rare. My sliced ribeye was WAY overcooked, I asked for medium rare but closer to medium but it was served medium well, closer to well done, no red and it was extremely tough and didn't deserve a picture. It was covered in onions and sauce. Probably a poor cut to begin with. ***See Update*** A pretty expensive mis-steak and yes, when served the server asked how the steaks were cooked and unfortunately I hadn't tried mine yet. Sure, I could have made a fuss upon discovery but sometimes it really isn't worth it for the drain on the expected dining experience. A place in business as long as this, I expected better. I enjoyed the au gratin potatoes. The desserts were tasty and reasonably priced. UPDATE:. Screenshot from an Anthony Bourdain column about the "chef" sticking the customer with a bad piece of beef."
