"Don't Bother! I'm really not sure of the purpose with using an insurance market agency when you can find insurance online easier, faster and more efficient. With your own insurance you can contact anytime for questions or concerns but when you work with the agency you are stuck with their hours, which is not extended(closed on holidays, weekend, evenings). They do not notify you ahead of time when your insurance nearly doubles which does not allow ample time to search for another company. When I called to cancel my policy I was given the wrong policy cancelation date which cost me a early sign up discount. Just manage your own policy to save yourself time, energy and money."

I cant call an insurance carrier for information with regards to coverage because they say trident represents me and they can only talk to them..URGH..
