"The Physical Therapist here are all wonderful and great with their patients. I would highly recommend them. There was a mix-up with my insurance and I didn't find out this was out-of-network until over a month of treatment. I ended up with a very large bill in addition the co-pay I was paying each time. When I called the billing office, the woman was very rude and basically called me stupid for not reading my insurance plan carefully enough before starting treatment. Update: I was under the impression the rest my bill was to be comped since I was told they were in network on two separate accounts. My billed ended up in collections and no one reached out to explain what had happened. I payed almost twice as much by going through my out-of-network benefits than if I had payed their self-referred rate. There are no messages on my phone despite being told they attempted to reach out. This company takes no ownership of their shortcomings. They will not help you out if the insurance was verified improperly. Make sure you get everything in writing! I have never had this issue with any other medical practice or utter lack of assistance with figuring out insurance issues."

He and the assistant (Luke) maintain a fun atmosphere while still providing the needed encouragement and support to help people get better.
