"This has to be the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. The customer service is extremely rude , they have no manners . The food is never fresh & the drive through line is always 30 minutes to wait !!!! This Place needs to be SHUT DOWN. So Unacceptable and the worst Burger King to ever go too . NOBODY EAT HERE ITS DISGUSTING!!!"

"Placed a mobile order on 1/26 get there and they inform me only fried products are being sold (I placed and order for 5 burgers and gave them plenty of time) she said “you can cancel the order” there is no option to cancel the order on their app. So I didn’t get my order and they still took the money out of my account, sorry but $30 getting taken when you did not receive your order is ridiculous. Still haven’t heard back from corporate either."

"Terrible service and food! They hire the MOST unprofessional people. Who yell and cuss at customers. They do not follow your instructions about food and allergies. They serve cold food, they make you wait for food then when it's incorrect, the refuse to replace it. There was a male manager who used profanity and was yelling at me when I took my burger in as it was made incorrectly. I'll never eat here again!"

"Well found out this morning October 27 of 2023 that supposedly you don’t get the sauce packets for free anymore. They’re $.25 apiece but the main manager that’s always there hands out those sauce packets to all the kids that come driving through that drive-through on a day-to-day basis mind you I am an employee that works right down the street from Burger King and gets Burger King for lunch every single day so I am a loyal customer of theirs and this is very frustrating when any other time I can get a free sauce and I’m seeing vehicles in front of me on a day-to-day basis that are backing back up to get free sauces but yet I got told today that they’re $.25 apiece if this is true than it needs to be that way for everybody we should not be picking and choosing who we are going to get free sauce too. I think I’m gonna have to switch up and start spending my money elsewhere on a day-to-day basis not cool Burger King not cool."

"Staff on duty were extremely rude, did not complete the order correctly, & there were missing sandwiches. Staff member refused to give her name, took off her name tag, & yelled at customers. After a labor intensive 80hr work week where sustenance was the only goal, that wasn't even provided. Customer service & professionalism is completely lacking & although I love BK, this location is awful & I will never return."
