"I was extremely disappointed of the food after seeing so many great reviews but was did not feel for the price, portion wise I got my money’s worth. As someone who is vegetarian I was disappointed to see the sushi rolls put one takeout container, (my partner ordered the tuna rolls) and the avocado looks like it wasn’t fresh and brown (as pictured) and for the fries were soggy and small portion. Unfortunately I will not be returning here as the food didn’t taste or look fresh and the portions were smaller than expected."
"Fish is always fresh and yummy! Comes in a timely manner! I did the all you can eat option and it was worth it . No complaints! Some staff are friendlier than others however good service."

"Our friends brought us to try Zen Sushi which is one of their go-to sushi places and it was a solid experience with reasonable price as an AYCE option. We tried various food from their appetizers, fried food, teriyaki, sashimi, nigiri and sushi roll. The food was overall decent and our favorites were their juicy teriyaki salmon & creative sushi roll. I think it’s a perfect place for friends & family gatherings since there are various options on menu and the decor is wide with plenty of seating."
"Sushi lover here and I usually stick to a favorite in Dutchess County but wanted to try this restaurant while in the Middletown area. We didn't go with the All you can Eat since there were some reviewers who had some ordering issues. We did order the vegetable 3 roll combination and sushi/sashimi combo. All tasted good and presentation was nice but it seriously was on the weak side for the amount you get. Leaving g hungry isn't a good thing. Next time we need to order a 3rd meal."
