McDonald's

"This review is specifically for an incident that happened tonight 1/26/24 at this particular location, won't go too much into details but the manager tonight is simply rude, no customer service or maners at all! Ordered two meals and got a burned chicken sandwich and rancid ketchup, I brought the food and ketchup back and she bascially said it wasnt her problem? And i should have not applied any ketchup to my fries or sandwich if it was rancid? Like seriously?? She acts and treats you like if she's doing you a favor or giving you free food, but she should get herself back to training or just look for another job if this isn't what she wants to do. I did also ask for her name to one of her employees but they acted like they didn't know it which over all just reminded me as to why I no longer come to this McDonald's, this forsure will be my last!"

"WOW... We went to the drive thru, the young man was not clear on the speaker and finally said "What do you want" we ordered there was no mention of thank you!!! We got to the window to pick up and was asked what we ordered!!! What happened to customer service? We won't go there again."

"Once again, Chantilly McDonald's has failed. Now they want to charge you $.25 for extra sauce. REALLY, one sauce for a 20 piece, have you people lost your minds. Maybe if i had a basting brush, it could possibly stretch it. I just love this McDonald's because it's always a new adventure to explore customer dissatisfaction. You Go, Team McDonald's of Chantilly!!!!!"

"The inside is really nice and up-to-date in terms of tech, style and standards of cleanliness. The food is sub-par, but decently good. Nothing to go "I want to go to THAT McDonald's" but just alright. Sometimes its bad. The real tragedy for this location is the parking lot and the drive thru areas. It's super small and I hate it. The staff are nice. Never had any issues."

"So far my experience with other McDonald locations were between OK to satisfactory, which return my patronage to McDonald regularly these day. However, this particular location is exception to my other McDonald experience that what McDonald needs to do now on is to get rid of location like this. I ordered to curbside pick up and after waiting twenty minutes, I had to go to drive thru and emplyees and manger of this location complained to me why just enter the this restaurant to pick up. Well if they have a problem with curbside, they shouldn't have a curbside pick up option. Beside, they waited my time and what I got from them was a complaint instead of apology. I just want to make sure this is very unlike experience from many other McDonald locations and by far this location is beyond lazy liars that not a slightest worth to wait your time. considering there are many other McDonald locations with in the town, only worthy of visiting this dumpster with liars is to waiting your time & money."
