"Was shocked to see how rude the lady taking the order was. Was simply asking for a reheat and ended up having to order more food as she wasn’t willing to help. Starbucks needs to check the attitude."

"I was glad to read that the management was polite enough to ask a customer to stop cussing. Glad to hear this group was from out of town. Imagine giving a single star because you were asked not to cuss? Really??? Grow up and consider others around you!"

"Everyone is always quick to leave a bad review without giving opportunity for the store to fix their mistake, which this store ALWAYS does. I had a great last two visits. First one, I did a mobile order, and it took a little longer than expected due to other customers causing confusion with their questions. Grace was communicative with me, apologized for my wait (which, no biggie it happens!) and handled each customer with kindness (even the ones causing the unnecessary confusion. Today I went in the drive through, and I’m not certain if Grace is a shift leader, but usually the drive through can be a little slow(again, expected) but today was quick! When I got to the window, you could hear her asking if the bar was okay, if window was managing okay, she made sure everything was covered. So before you leave your next “disappointed” review, remember these are people, who would be more than happy to fix their mistake."

"Good service, clean bathrooms, clean dining room, drink was ok. I ordered a cold brew and they were out so I got an iced americano with sweet cream. I had to ask for more cream and it tasted less better."
