Despite this being a restaurant in which you clean up after yourself, John took our plates for us and chatted for a few minutes. John is a prime example of an excellent leader and role model."

"Stopped after work to pick up bagel Tuesday bagels.I hoped the severe cold would mean alot of people wouldn't have stopped......and there might be some left. That's my major complaint ! that when the BAGELS are gone for the day they are gone! They never make any fresh ones. So when you get out of work and you want to pick up a dozen for the next day there aren't any. I can't pick them up in the morning I have to be at the hospital by 6:30 a.m. If they're like most businesses increase their sales Maybe they should make more bagels. They know a lot of people stop for the Tuesday deal so make more! For a very discounted price you got a baker's dozen. This encourages people to buy them for the workplace. ...Or to have extras on hand to toast when you have soups, stew or chili. They're a good change out for bread once in a while."

"Placed an order online for a dozen bagels and checked the box for them to be sliced only. They sliced AND toasted them, which is a box that I did NOT check. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, his attitude was so what. They were almost out of bagels at 10:00 AM, so I could not ask for another dozen the way that I ordered them. BAD sevice, and the manager did not care."

"11/18/23- Visiting family in the area and stopped in for a quick breakfast. Team Leader, Anthony, provided excellent customer service while placing our order and even stopped by our table to ensure our food was made to our liking, which it was. Anthony must enjoy his job, because he was smiling and friendly with everyone. Great way to kick start our day. Thank you!"

"Food was great, baguette and pizzas were tasty, bread bowl was delicious. Location was clean and modern, staff were friendly, and prices were low. Drinks had a weird taste to them, but it was fine. Overall good, I recommend."
