"Under new management recently. The owner is very willing to work with you and order items that you are in need of. My personal story is as follows: I shopped at 710 Vape in Conneaut Ohio. I do like the lower employees at that establishment as they are very nice, and they have a wide selection of juices, mods and glass wear etc.. My favorite juice was in stock when I first started shopping there. I bought the shop out of that juice over the course of a few months(they only had roughly 5 in stock), and after that, I asked if they could stock up and if they did I would continue buying it from them so they know it would never just sit there. The claimed that they could never order the juice and they would only get a new stock of 5 or so in every 5-6 months. With all of that said, I have had to buy juices I like significantly less, to the point of stopping vaping for a little while because it wasn't worth it to me(which I guess is a good thing). Finally I decided to go to a few other shops looking for that juice, and no dice. When I finally went to Ace Vapes I asked if they had that juice, but they said no, HOWEVER, they were willing and able to order it. They placed my order and my juice(which I haven't had for 6 months) finally came in! A 10 out of 10 for sure. Definitely try Ace Vapes"

"Always fair prices and a selection tgat meets my needs as an experienced die hard Vapor. Used to spend an awful lot of money here on a weekly basis, ashamedly. But they have made Tge hours impossible for me to visit these days, it almost seems like a giant tax write off, no one is open for only 5 hours 3 days a week. If they can’t find a way to change, let someone else take over. It’s prime real estate in tge harbor, and there are plenty of entrepreneurs who would sincerely like a shot at contributing to the harbor shopping experience."

"Always really fast shipping and cheap prices. Every order I've made they've given me a coupon and they've even given me free juice on my past two orders. One time I ordered the wrong juice and they happily switched it out with the one I wanted without needing to go through the process of cancelling the order and creating a new one- I just emailed them and they sorted it out. These guys will continue to be my go-to!"
