"Won’t serve you without a mask, even if a medical condition prohibits you from doing so. Also doesn’t have curbside pick up ( at the location I went to) to help those who cannot wear a mask support their business. Decided to take my money elsewhere. Last I checked, this was discrimination."
"I came to this store today and Anna (Ana?) could not be more helpful or polite! I knew exactly what I needed when I came in and during checkout she was so helpful in answering my questions about the product as well as where she'd recommend for a hair cut near by. The store was clean and a little wider than most Sally's (helpful with for mom's with strollers!). I am so happy I came to this Sally's and fully intend on coming back to this one. (I met a rude employee at the one by Central Park and do not intend to go back to the other one as I did not feel welcome.) Thank you again, Anna, for answering my questions and making me feel so welcome! You're awesome!"

Sally’s rep behind the counter assisted me in putting together a Nice (free tote w/coupon ) tote filled bags with lots of beauty accessories (also w/coupons ) shout out to them ... stop by you will be happy with this sally store :)"
"WOW By reading some of these reviews sounds like Sally's Beauty isn't good customer service. I went to the on rt 3 near central Park and the staff was rude. I guess I try the one in Culpeper these one in Fredericksburg will not see my businesses."
