"I purchased my wedding dress from Jacqueline’s bridal and loved my dress! I received so many compliments from my guests that it was the prettiest dress they had ever seen. It did seem like it took awhile to come in as I ordered the dress the end of November and it did not come in until the end of May, however, that’s likely just the wedding industry and not their fault! I did feel that Jaqueline’s bridal was a little pushy as every time I tried a dress on they would say “is this the one?!” “Are you saying yes to the dress”. I get it, it’s a business and they want to make a sale, but it somewhat felt like that’s all I was, another sale. I would have liked a little more time to be alone with my family to discuss. Overall though, the workers/owners were very friendly and I was very happy with my dress"

"I would recommend Jacqueline's to any bride! Sarah and Marlow were so sweet and patient throughout the whole process. I requested a non-traditional sleeve be added to be gown and Marlow really knocked it out of the ballpark. I couldn't be happier with my dress or more grateful for their help and professionalism. They gave honest, helpful, and kind advice so that I would look my best on my wedding day. Truly appreciate the women in this shop for having my back and caring so genuinely."

"I just recently visited Jacqueline's Bridal and was so incredibly touched by the quality of service I received. The staff was so attentive and genuine and creative and kind. It was the best experience I had and they have a stunning collection of dresses. They are also very clearly knowledgeable about all things bridal. Most places you go bridal shopping, the staff will flatter and push in order to get you to buy a dress and make the sale. It was the very opposite experience at Jacqueline's Bridal - they were clearly more focused on making sure I found a dress I loved and felt 100% comfortable in. I highly recommend, 10/10, for any of your bridal needs!"

"I really do not have enough good things to say about Jacqueline's Bridal and the women that work there! Living in South Carolina and getting a dress in Ohio where I was getting married could have been a nightmare, but they made it so easy and seamless! The dress I ended up with was picked by the lovely Brittany, and it really was my dream dress! She knew exactly what I wanted (and did not know I wanted haha) and it was absolutely perfect! Amber, did an amazing job on my alterations and I truly consider the women at this shop my friends after this experience!
