"My fiancé bought my engagement ring from this location and wasn’t offered a warranty when he bought the ring. Now, my ring is broken mind you I’ve had this ring less than a year. We got engaged December of 2022. They told me it’s normal for a band to break because it’s being worn all day everyday. Who doesn’t wear their engagement rings and wedding bands all day everyday?! So now I won’t have my engagement ring to wear anymore because Kay refuses to have it fixed without paying an outrageous amount of money. With how much people spend on their rings originally they should be able to stand behind their jewelry. Very disappointed."
