"Signed in at the kiosk. It failed to notify front desk of my arrival. Therefore, was late to my appointment when things straightened out. Another time, when I signed in at kiosk, it told me I wasn't in the system when I had been coming there for years. I will not use the kiosk in the future. Too many problems! However, am very satisfied with my care from Dr. Jeffrey Landsman."
