Gina at the front desk is so kind and responsive and Buddy is very personable and takes pride in his work, this shop will take care of you and your needs. I was updated throughout the entire process and my car was back on the road before I knew it. My car was even cleaned when I picked it up and my dented up license plate was straight again. I would get my car repaired and fixed here over and over again ( I hope I don’t get in anymore accidents for a while) but if I do , I know a great body shop to call. "Terrible communication. I have been going to this place since I was in High School. The communication is nothing like it used to be. If I don't call I will never hear back from them. Their work is great when you can get in. I won't take that from them, but this time I am very disappointed. The insurance company is willing to pay anything extra that the part may cost, but for some reason I can find the part and they can't. Its been months. I want my car fixed. I now have to look elsewhere to get my car fixed. I am very disappointed seeing that I am a long time faithful customer of theirs."

Circle Auto Body called me shortly after confirming with my insurance to get me scheduled to drop off my car. They worked directly with Enterprise to get me picked up after dropping off my car and again when I picked my car back up. I received regular updates about how the repairs were going and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
