"Always professional & setting is so inviting. I go monthly for intimate waxing services (SouthBeach Plus). Online bookings and payment available. I was always told this was a painful service but Keenya is very capable of ensuring less discomfort while you enjoy the ambiance (music & aromatherapy). Facilities are very clean and well kept. Keenya is such a knowledgeable and kind esthetician, she provides a very relaxing and sterile spa environment. I've been going to her faithfully for over three years and I am very pleased with my results along with the extraordinary service she provides. She told me from the beginning to trust the process, and although it was difficult to believe, I followed her plan and she made me a believer. Keenya also contacts me each time after my appointments to see how my skin is doing (talk about phenomenal customer service). She's easy to talk to and will answer all of your questions and offer great advice. I can’t say enough good things about her, she definitely gets a 10/10, I’ve recommend her to friends and family members and they are in love as well!!!!
