"I have been coming here since moving to the Baltimore area a year ago, and this salon is the best I have ever been to. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated and have my services started, and even with a pedicure and a fill, I am in and out in a little over an hour. I always leave happy with my nails, and my nail tech (usually Rachel) always makes sure I am happy before I leave. Further, the shop is always clean which is definitely a plus! I don’t get the most complex nails, but I always leave feeling refreshed and super happy with color/shape!"

"I used to come here all the time but never again after this. I went here with my boyfriend for his first pedicure and the lady was digging into his toes to cut his nails. She kept saying ‘oops sorry.’ He complained about it more than once with her, saying it hurt and to start with, he only asked for filling (I guess there was a language barrier ). She went and cut his nails anyway. When we left, he was complaining of his big toes being sore and the pain continued for several days (we went in Monday Nov 13th and it got worse until Nov 22nd-when these photos were taken). He had some sensitivity near his toes and when I looked at them, they were infected on both sides where the lady dug into his skin. He was told by his dr that he needed to get to urgent care immediately, as the cutting of the cuticles had led to infection. NAIL SALONS SHOULD NOT BE CUTTING INTO YOUR SKIN! Especially bc they clearly are not cleaning and sanitizing. I’m disgusted and will never go back. Trust me when I tell you. The openings in his skin exposed him to all kinds of bacteria. They are not trained to do this kind of cutting, especially some he asked just for filling. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!"

"I got a regular pedi. Before I left I realized my big toenail was cracked, I went back to my tech she cut it down as far as possible and filed it to fix it. The Crack was too far to cut all the way but it did not cause any problems after she did what she did. Good service, I did not feel rushed."

"Went to this place not expecting to get my nails done but I’m so happy I did. Misa did these beautiful nails. The place was clean and friendly. The manager was full of life and very welcoming. She did my sisters brows. They look so good I might just have to come back and do mine. Overall, one of the best nail salons in Baltimore! "
