I was at work, but luckily my mother was able to come over to the house and wait for him. I received a call when he was 15 minutes away and once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and even had the part on his truck. It was repaired and running within minutes. "This is a great business with excellent service. Called Alex in reference to my LG refrigerator that wasn’t cooling. He scheduled an appointment which was the same day and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and advised me to contact LG and call him if needed. After speaking with LG I did need Alex. I called him and gave him all the information from LG and he handled everything from getting authorization to ordering part and the shipping. Once part was received he came out next day to replace it. A business that puts customers first. I really needed my refrigerator and this company treated me as a priority and the price was great.
