"Returned my call in a timely manner. $95 Diagnostic Fee. Labor could not be estimated for dryer not heating. I would imagine at least in this day and age, soon to be 2020, that a set of guidelines would be established to fix my over-sized toaster. Just a little disappointed in this industry to get a good estimate. Auto-shops now have a labor guide book to go by per their set and adjusted hourly rate...in Jersey that is. The fee for this repair shop is way better than Sears and most others, a little reasonable."
