"Absolutely horrible! Postmaster acts as if it is a hassle to do his job. My carrier just doesn't deliver mail sometimes. Then when I try to track it down they say it's my problem. It is disappointing & disgusting that these are federal employees. They should all be out of a job!"
"Packages left thrown at the end of the driveway practically on the street (on many occasions)and when I say thrown I mean literally saw mail carrier throw it out of the car window. Letter mail also found in the grass instead of the mailbox. Waste of time to even make a complaint always get a bunch of excuses (why would I make a complaint if it weren’t a legitimate one) yet it’s always made to look like it’s my word against theirs and to top it off I’m asked to give proof of my complaint. Waste of time to make a legitimate and HONEST complaint"
