"We had a great experience with Fence By Maintenance from start to finish. Dave worked with us, and his team installed 160 ft of black ornamental fencing around the back yard. As the fence was being installed, we made a last minute change to add a double wide gate, which he was able to accommodate. The guys even wiped down each section after completing the install. Everyone was easy to work with, helpful, and reliable. We were fortunate to have such quality service from FBM and would recommend highly."

"My dogs and I are so happy with the fence installation by Fence By Maintenance Service Inc! Dan was friendly, easy to communicate with, and answered my questions promptly. The crew was fantastic, respectful of my yard, and also easy to communicate with. I’ve had issues in the past with different company’s labor crews for other projects, so it was a relief to work with a competent crew! We went with a black 6ft commercial grade aluminum fence with 5ft wide arched gates. The arched gates are a beautiful touch. We asked the crew to leave the dirt (from digging for the posts) inside the fence so I can use it for future flower beds (the small dirt spots in the pics). They did just that, thank you! This is a great family run business. They take pride in their work, and that’s hard to come by these days. During this time of COVID, I was especially happy with their respect to my family’s specific needs. Dan wore a mask when he initially visited for the quote. Then when we all walked the yard on the fence installation day, Dan and the crew respectfully socially distanced from me. Thank you again for being such an easy company to work with!"

Covid impacted so much in 2020, and Fence by Maintenance Service exceeded expectations. Many companies refused to quote us, and some did not even respond. Dave was out the next day to give us a great quote. His team came a week earlier than expected to do our wooden privacy/picket fence. Our dog Ollie can now run and have fun in our new backyard!
