"I ordered from Shein for my first cruise. Speedex claimed they delivered my package 1/11/24 at 10:46pm and I signed for it. They took pictures in front of my house on my steps and everything. The sad part is that I was right in my living room by my front door. No call, no knock, and you can see my lights on in the photo that they took. I have a screen door they didn't even attempt to stick it between my door. The first time I ordered from Shein I had no problem, but it was delivered by DHL or ups the first time. SPEEDX is stealing packages and reselling them especially after reading the reviews I'm convinced this is some sort of ring."

"They delivered my package to the wrong address. You can’t get a hold of them at all. Three days later I got an email asking how could they help me. The picture showed a front door and a curb. I leave in a second floor apt with no curbs. I gave up on them and got a refund from the company I ordered from. I also told them they should really rethink using this company."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. Like others, I placed an order with Shein. I've been ordering from Shein for almost 4 years and have never had an issue. I usually receive my order via USPS but this time it was through SpeedX. Well, SpeedX "attempted" to deliver my order on Saturday morning but said it was a failed attempt as they couldn't access the delivery location and there was an issue with the address. As I've said, I've been ordering from SHEIN for always 4 years. I have an account and my address remains unchanged. When you call the number, they direct you to the website to fill out a claim, but no one ever contacts you back. However, it gets "delivered today." The property I live on has 4 buildings. I noted the building I live in in the address. The driver took a picture of a different building and when I went to look for my package, it wasn't there. I checked all 4 buildings so it either wasn't delivered OR someone stole it. I wouldn't be surprised if it was stolen seeing that Christmas is around the corner. This company is horrible. I love Shein, but I work too hard for my money to have it wasted. I'm not sure why they started using this company but I can't order from Shein anymore."

"So far, my experience with SpeedEx has been bad. I haven't had problems with deliveries from SHEIN until their partnership with the shipping company. My recent order has been returned to the sorting department twice. The reason I've been given is there was no access to the address. That's a lie. It's a house that's close to the road, and there's no gate in front. There's only a gate on the side that leads to the backyard."

"I wish I was able to give a 0 stars but this company is TERRIBLE! There's no working for number. When you call they tell you to go online and put a request in. When my package was attempted to be delivered I was home, yet I didn't receive a call from the carrier like most companies would do. I reached out to try and speak with someone yet the phone number did not work. I put a request in they told me that the company redelivers twice and that it would be redelivered within 1-2 business days. In 1-2 business I get a notification that it will be sent back to the distrubing center in NY. If you order from SHEIN and you see this carrier, contact them immediately so that you can actually receive your package."
